Title: Gender Equality, Diversity, and Social Inclusion Specialist
Professional Level: Specialist
Sector: Enhancing gender equality, diversity, and inclusion
Workplace: Ba Dinh, Hanoi
Salary: Between VND 15,000,000 to 30,000,000 monthly, based on individual excellence and organizational impact.
Benefits: Compliant with Vietnamese law including social and medical insurance, plus a 13th-month salary, performance, and public holiday bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and delivery of training courses on gender equality, diversity, and inclusion
- Take part in research, and development of programs on gender equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Assist the communications team in designing and implementing campaigns from a gender, diversity, and inclusion perspective.
- Contribute to the development of ECUE’s programs.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise and experience in gender equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Valuable training and corporate sector experience.
- Effective communication and marketing skills.
- English proficiency is advantageous.
