HOW TO APPLY:
The BD includes two separate files: one file is the Technical Proposal, and one file is the Financial Proposal; the Financial Proposal must be password-protected by the bidders. After evaluating the Technical Proposal, the Bidder will be requested to provide the password before opening and evaluating the Financial Proposal.
Bid Evaluation Method: The contract will be awarded based on the Combined Quality and Cost-Based Selection method. The weighting for the technical and financial scores is 60%-40%. The bidder with the highest total score will be invited for contract negotiations
Bidders submit their Proposal via email to [email protected] [2] and specify the email subject as “FY25-0044-HSDT [Ten nha thau] “To chuc giai chay trail marathon tai Vuon Quoc gia Cuc Phuong, tinh Ninh Binh cho nhan vien to chuc WWF-Viet Nam”.
The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.
The deadline for submission is 17:00 (Hanoi time) on August 7, 2024.
