The Fred Hollows Foundation Viet Nam is seeking expressions of interest from individuals or consulting companies interested in undertaking the evaluation service for Better Eye For Better Lives Among Older People In Quang Nam project and meeting the following selection criteria: (The timeline, work details, and selection criteria are as in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR) [1].
- Public health or health education background/expertise.
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in conducting monitoring and evaluation exercises, and reporting.
- Past experience with quantitative and qualitative research, including participatory approaches.
- Experience related to healthy ageing will be a distinct advantage;
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English, excellent communication and writing skills, and proven
- track record writing reports in both languages.
- Knowledge and previous experience with FHF projects will be a distinct advantage, although not a requirement.
- Computer literacy, including expert use of Microsoft Office package
