Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a global project focused on HIV, global health security, and combatting trafficking in persons using funding from the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief and the United States Agency for International Development. EpiC Vietnam’s goal is to deliver efficient, affordable, results-based technical assistance and direct services while closing remaining gaps in Vietnam’s efforts to meet HIV epidemic control targets and address the COVID-19 pandemic. EpiC is also addressing trafficking in persons and global health security.
We are seeking an experienced provider to lead a targeted communications campaign including both overall assets to support HIV prevention education, promotion of HIV services, and community-based HIV testing in the long term as well as a specific campaign focused on the period in and around Tet.
