Institute of Population, Health and Development (PHAD) is a Viet Nam NGO - member of Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA). PHAD is now establishing a Representative Office (RO) in Ho Chi Minh City and seeking National candidates for the following vacancies:
I. Deputy Chief of RO (01person).
Requirements:
- MA/PhD degree in Public Health, Sociology or in the field related to population, health and development.
- At least 10 year experience working in the related fields and 5 years in office/human resources management.
- Experience in working and managing projects of public health and other development project.
- Experience in developing/writing research subjects and project proposals.
- Good communication skill, fluent English, proficient computer skills (office software and data analysis software)

The Deputy Chief is a member of the Senior Management Group of PHAD; Salary and benefits are negotiable depending on candidate's working experiences.
II. Program Officer in Public Health (01 person)
Requirements:
- University degree of Medical, Pharmacy, Public Health; Priority is given to postgraduate degree (MA/PhD) holders.
- At least 5 years experience in managing projects of health care and communicalbe diseases prevention.
- Experience in project development and implementation.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
- Good communication skill, fluent English, proficient computer skills (office software and data analysis software)

III. Researchers (02 people: 01 in Ho Chi Minh city, 01 in Hanoi)
Requirements:
University degree of Medical, Public Health or Sociology.
Experiences in research

Basis computer skills on qualitative/quantitative data analysis software.
