WWF- Viet Nam, Saving Threatened Wildlife project cordially invites consultants to submit their Proposals for: “Prepare a report for the Prime Minister on the status of tiger farming activities in Viet Nam and a National Framework for management of tiger farms" package.

Details of submission:
The proposals shall be submitted FROM THE SAME EMAIL BUT IN TWO SEPARATE FILES.
- One FILE containing the Technical Proposal.
- One FILE containing the Financial Proposal.
The file for the financial proposal shall be protected by a password which shall be kept with the bidder. If the bidder passes the technical requirement threshold, WWF-Viet Nam would then request the password to open the financial proposal file. However, if the bidder loses the password or in case the file could not be opened WWF-Viet Nam would not assume responsibility.
The electronic file shall be in the form of MS word or MS excel or PDF.

Your e-mail must have the subject heading as: “ Proposal-[Consultant’s name]- FY23-0429 STW “Prepare a report for the Prime Minister on the status of tiger farming activities in Viet Nam and a National Framework for management of tiger farms ”.
Maximum size for electronic submission: The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB. Bidders may need to split proposals into parts to fit this limit.
2. Consultants may also submit their proposal directly to the address of WWF-Vietnam. The Proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with a stamp, the outside of which should be clearly marked “Proposal- [Consultant’s Name]-FY23-0429 STW “Prepare a report for the Prime Minister on the status of tiger farming activities in Viet Nam and a National Framework for management of tiger farms”.- DO NOT OPEN BEFORE DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION.

Note: Consultants choose one of two methods of submitting Proposal. WWF-Vietnam encourages Consultants to submit their Proposal via email to reduce the use of paper-based products.
Deadline for submission:
The proposal should be submitted on or before October 19th , 2022 at 11:30 (ICT) to be considered.
