Aide et Action is an international NGO with its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. Aide et Action (AEA) will become Action Education (AE) in 2023.
AEA (AE) began its program in 1981 and is currently working in 19 countries across Asia, Africa, and Europe. Since its establishment, AEA (AE) has committed to improving access to quality education for over 3 million children worldwide. AEA (AE) has been working in Vietnam since 2003 in provinces of Vietnam, mainly in Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen, and Thai Nguyen. In the implementation strategy, the northern mountainous region of Vietnam is identified as one of the key areas of operation of the organization, including the provinces of Lao Cai, Lai Chau, and Hoa Binh. AEA focuses on main interventions including Early Childcare and Education, Access and Quality of Education, and Livelihood Education and Development.
Within the framework of Livelihood Education theme, AEA is implementing the project “Incubator for Ethnic Minority Youth Entrepreneurs (EM Incubator)” in Lao Cai & Hoa Binh provinces. The project aims at creating a functioning incubator to support ethnic minority young entrepreneurs aged 18-35 years old to set up and successfully run their business.
AEA Vietnam is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant(s) to produce a documentary film to introduce and document the activities, results of the project and some typical stories of the Incubator members. Please see attached TOR [1] (in Vietnamese) for more information.
