Oxfam has provided funding to Hanoi University of Agriculture (HUA) over the past five years to support household book keeping model in some provinces in the North of Vietnam. In order to evaluate the progress towards achieving the project objectives as well as to review the strategic relevance of household book keeping model, Oxfam would like to invite individual/group of consultants to carry out this in depth review.
Interested consultants should submit an expression of interest to Oxfam by May 26, 2012. The Expression of Interest should include the following: proposed methodological approach (2 pages) for the evaluation, indicative work plan and responsibilities, budget estimation, and full CVs of the evaluation team members via:
