Action on Poverty (AOP) in Vietnam would like to seek qualified national consultants to evaluate the BuildingCapacity & Access for Resilient Communicites program 2018 – 2021.
The overall purpose of the evaluation is to assess the extent to which each listed project has succeeded or failed, in terms of its intended results, and find reasons why this happened. It will also draw conclusions on the relevance and effectiveness of the program approach, and highlight good practices and lessons learned. Finally it will make recommendations for continuity and change which will provide a basis for future program and approach.
