We are looking for Consultants to develop reading materials Grade 4&5.
The selection criteria can be found in attached “Appendix 2 – Selection criteria”.

- Financial proposals with breakdown cost (attached Appendix 1 – RFQ) and with confirmation to comply with SCI compulsory policies (as mentioned in Appendix 1- RFQ).
