We are seeking a consultants to design and conduct Cost Benefit Study with TORs as files attached for below projects:

1. Increasing Service Performance Accountability in Quang Binh and Lam Dong Province, Vietnam [1]

2. Advancing social and economic empowerment of female migrant workers through development and implementation of gender – sensitive in Binh Duong and Dong Nai Province, Vietnam [2]
