Irish Aid is currently recruiting consultant(s) to conduct a scoping study to contextualise third-level technical education and training in Vietnam and Ireland. The study will serve to identify specific intervention areas for the Irish Development Experience Sharing programme (IDEAS) – an Irish Aid programme in Vietnam.

a) Outline of the evaluation approach and methodology to undertaking the assignment
b) Profile of consultant(s) proposed for the assignment
