The Asia Foundation is looking for a qualified team of consultants/individual consultant (the Consultant) to conduct the final review of the project “Promoting protection of labor rights for overseas migrant workers”, funded by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL), for the period 2016-2018. The project’s goal is to improve the protection of the labor rights of potential and returning Vietnamese overseas migrant workers. Please find the attached ToR [1] for more details.
Interested consultant(s) or organization should submit the application package in English, including a technical proposal detailing the proposed methodologies, timeframe, proposed team, a short cost justification together with the latest CVs for all consultant involved.
