Center for Women and Development, under Vietnam Women’s Union, is currently running Peace House Shelter Project funded by Spanish Agency for International Development Co-operation with an aim to support women and children who are victims of trafficking in persons. Victims are offered a free comprehensive support service package including safe accommodation, health care, psychological care, legal aids, vocational training and reintegration support. Following the project’s plan for the second quarter of 2011, Peace House Shelter Project is now seeking consulting service for the assessment study on Project’s impact and efficiency after four years of implementation. (please refer to the attached annex for details)
Interested consultants are required to submit the following:
- Operation license (for consultancy firms/organizations) and/or detailed resume (for self-employed consultants)
- Summary of your experience relevant to the assignment (i.e research/evaluation conducted on social programs)
- A proposal for the assessment study on the Project’s impact and efficiency
Timeline for proposals: From 25/4/2011 to 25/5/2011
