Helvetas Vietnam is seeking experienced consultants to survey the current situation of cocoa growing areas, chocolate processing factories and advise on organic certification according to international organic standards JAS, USDA, and EU for the EU-funded project “Circular Economy Cocoa: From Bean to Bar”.
