World Vision International Vietnam (WVV) is looking for the Consultant to fill the following vacancy:
Consultant for Information Technology Service to develop the E-library – TMSV Project [1]

BACKGROUND:
TMSV’s Project Goal: This project will tackle Modern Slavery from Vietnam through harnessing the capacities of IOM, World Vision and British Council to implement a coordinated series of interventions that specifically align with existing work in Vietnam, and United Kingdom Official Development Assistance requirements in five target provinces: Nghe An (Yen Thanh; Dien Chau); Hai Phong (Hai Phong city; Thuy Nguyen); Quang Binh: (Dong Hoi, Bo Trach); Ha Tinh (Can Loc; Nghi Xuan); and Quang Ninh (Ha Long city).
WVV is responsible to implement the activities related to the impact area 3: Supporting the rehabilitation and reintegration of victims of trafficking through the identification, protection, support and successful reintegration of VoTs (Victims of Trafficking)/ PVoTs (Potential Victims of Trafficking) within the target states.
OUTCOMES:
- 01 digital E-library with integrated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) of National Hotline 111.
- 01 product manual for users.
TIMEFRAME:
- 45 days
REQUIREMENTS:
The consultancy team should fulfill the following criteria:
- Having a full license for enterprise registration in the field of providing website design, software services or IT solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of website design, sub-web, database management system, or database IT solutions for organizations and businesses in Vietnam.
- Having at least 2 contracts showing experience in designing and building comprehensive database, management software or similar IT solutions for foreign/domestic organizations, or enterprises in Vietnam in the past 3 years.
