Aid for social protection program Foundation Vietnam (hereinafter referred as AFV) was established under the Law of the Social Republic of Vietnam according to the Decision No. 633/Q?-BNV dated 11 April 2016. The Ministry of Home Affairs recognized the Foundation eligibility for operation and its members of Board of Trustees according to the Decision No. 1729/QD-BNV dated 4 July 2016.
AFV operates as a non-profit, social foundation aiming to provide support for poverty reduction programs and projects, job generation, community development, and sponsorship, to help the poor, the unprivileged, children living in difficult conditions according to the law.
AFV is organized and operated based on the principle of not-for-profit; voluntary, self-funding, self-financing and takes self-responsibility by the Foundation’s assets before the law. The Foundation’s expenses, finance, and assets are transparent in public.
Starting from 1st May 2023, the project "Building one ASEAN of Sustainability and Solidarity with a Partnership between Youth, CSOs and the Member States (A – SASSY)" is co-funded by the European Union (EU), Bread for the World (BfdW) and implemented by AFV. The project aims to enhance the EU-ASEAN partnership and reduce negative environmental impacts in key areas of the European Green Deal. The project will develop EEP consisting of 3 e-learning platforms and customized curriculum modules to equip ASEAN youth for climate and environmental action and to prepare them for the digital transformation, deepening their digital literacy.
AFV is looking for Consultant to deliver market research, baseline study and business plan for Environmental Education Programme of the project as detailed in the TOR [1] attached.
