Save the Children is seeking for an individualto build the technical criteria of bids for suppliers selection to implement 02 development categories of reading application for primary students and evaluate of the technical proposals of the bids. Details as below:
1. Scope of work:
- Buid the draft of technical criterion of bids for suppliers selection and send to SC for commenting
- Complete the technical criterion for suppliers selection, developing the app based on SC’s comments
- Read, study and evaluate the technical proposals which received from the suppliers and write evaluation report all the bids of the suppliers
- Abey all the child safe guarding policies and scurity policy of SCI
- Obey all the guiddance about image/brand communnication of the Sponsors and SCI
2. Experience and Skills required:
- Having at least the degree in computer sience, informtion technology or related area
- Having at least 3 experience years in building, developing technical criterion for digital application
- Having experience in evaluating, bidding the bids related to developing app, web,…
- Having experience in evaluating, bidding the app related to education digitalization program is an advantage
The consultant will be selected based on above requirements
- All the evaluation criterions may be considered about the legality/suitability of the consultant and the confirmation that can meet the SC’s demand or not
- The qualitative evaluation criterion of consultant as: the quality, completed time, experience)
