FOR DEVELOPING 02 VIDEOS TO CAPTURE THE PROJECT IMPACT

1. General information	With support from Habitat for Humanity Canada, Habitat for Humanity Vietnam (Habitat Vietnam) has been carrying out a three-year project in Thai Nguyen and Lao Cai Province which contributes to the improved living conditions and settlements for ethnic minority communities and reducing vulnerabilities to inadequate housing and exposure to health and environmental risks. Project’s outcomes: Improved living conditions of ethnic minority groups Reduced health risks from hazardous materials and household practices Improved communal facilities and services Vulnerable ethnic minorities can respond to disaster risks and climate shocks by being involved in decision-making and managing disaster preparedness and climate change adaptation/ mitigation plans for their own communities. Habitat Vietnam is looking for a consultant/service provider to develop 02 videos to capture the impact of the project.
2. Objective of service	The objective of this service package is to develop 02 videos that reflect the project activities and highlight its impact on the target communities.
3. Scope of work, Description of service	The service provider will execute the following work: Work with Habitat Vietnam and study the project reports to develop the video scenarios and scripts Travel to the project sites to collect and capture photos/footage to develop high-quality and edited 02 videos
4. Period of service/ Plan to implement	10 days in September – December 2023 (7 days in the fields and 3 days for planning and finalizing the videos)
5. Location	The service provider will travel to Thai Nguyen Province and Lao Cai Province to capture the materials for the videos
6. Outcome of service	- A script and detailed shot list which is approved by Habitat Vietnam - 02 final video files with a minimum quality of Full HD: Video length: Expected 3-5 minutes per video Professional and clear sound recording at a minimum of 96 kHz/24bit; HD web files Voice-over (narrator - local language audio) is included (in Vietnamese); EN-VN subtitles are included. Development of appropriate graphics (opening and closing sequence, signatures).
7. Requirements/ Selection criteria	Proven experience in professional videography Experience in filming and shooting videos/photos for development projects, preferably in Northern Vietnam Demonstration of the professional equipment to support the work
