We are looking for a Lead Consultant in Developing a Civil Society context analysis and Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Analysis for the three-year project Mekong for the Future.
Scopes of work:

This assignment is conducted in 5 different involved countries of the Mekong Region, including Lao PDR, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. The Lead Consultant is expected to discuss with the Regional project team, Country project managers and to lead the Consultants in each country to collect information for writing the assessment report.

The assessment aims to understand the governance of a particular natural resource, GESI underneath as well as the involvement of CSO/ CPN/ NGO/ Network in this particular natural resource governance.

The assessment should provide concrete/ specific recommendations on how to improve the particular natural resource governance including that of the Mekong River.
Deliverables:

Two completed reports which answer all of the key research questions above and covering the main areas: (i) Natural Resource Governance and CSO assessment, and (ii) GESI analysis with specific recommendations that provide guidance for future planning and implementation.

List of CSO/ CPO/NGO/Network with detailed profile information (Template to be agreed at the inception of the assignment).
