“g) A tender bank guarantee (also called a tender bond or bid bond) is requested from the tender participants. In the case of Consortia, the tender guarantee from the lead applicant shall suffice.’
Addendum:

Where the tender guarantee from the lead applicant is not applicable, also a consortia member bank guarantee shall suffice as long as this is stated in the MoU of consortia cooperation.”
