Oxfam in Vietnam is looking for a national consultant team/ firm to conduct an assessment on situation of occupational safety and health (OSH) for female farmers and seasonal agricultural workers in shrimp and rice production in the Mekong Delta region”. The purpose of the assessment is to capture the current situation of OSH of female farmers and seasonal agricultural workers in shrimp and rice production in Mekong Delta region at the project site; current regulations and standards (voluntary and mandatory) regarding OSH in agriculture in general and in shrimp and rice production in particular, and propose feasible solutions to improve OSH for female farmers and seasonal agricultural workers in shrimp and rice production.
