CARE is seeking Consultancy to conduct data collection for the research. The consultant (either a consultant group or an agency) is expected to propose a comprehensive plan for data collection with high quality standards. The fieldwork process (preparation, field work, and quality control) should be ensured gender sensitivity, no harm and participatory approach.
