The project "Engaging youth as global citizens in Vietnam" is jointly funded by the Reach Out to Asia (ROTA) program of Education Above All, ActionAid International in Vietnam (ActionAid Vietnam), and the Aid for social protection program Foundation Vietnam (AFV) over 3 years from 2021 to 2024. The project's goal is to enhance leadership capacities for 13,902 young people to become proactive and engaged global citizens, actively contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals on environmental protection and climate action.
AAV is seeking for a consultacy service for final evaluation of the project "Engaging youth as global citizens in Vietnam" with details as attached TOR [1].
