VVOB is a non-profit organisation with over 35 years of experience in improving the quality of education systems from a rights-based perspective. VVOB has currently long-term partnerships with education actors in 9 countries in the South (Cambodia, DR Congo, Ecuador, Rwanda, South Africa, Suriname, Vietnam, Zambia and Uganda) and in Belgium/Flanders. Its annual budget is around 13 million euros.
The purpose of the present call is to collect quotations from qualified firms to provide printing and delivery services according to our proposed technical specifications.
Objective and scope of the consultancy
- To work with a publisher (preference for a publisher specialised in the education sector) and process all the required paperwork for publishing if needed.
- To provide printing and delivery service for the four materials as mentioned in the table below:

Application requirements
A valid application will include:
- Company portfolio;
- The financial statements of the last 3 years;
- A breakdown quotation for printing services following the template in annex 1 below;
- A quotation for delivery services following the template in annex 2 [1] (attached);
- At least 3 reference contacts of previously delivered work;
- Sample hard copies of at least 1 front and cover page and 1 content page for materials #1, #2, #4 and 1 poster (material #3)
