WWF-Vietnam, USAID Biodiversity Conservation Project respectfully invites consultants to submit Proposals to provide consulting services to assess carbon sequestration and storage potential for Cuc Phuong National Park and Cat Tien National Park.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION:
Please submit proposal via the following emails: g [2][email protected] [3]; [email protected] [4]; [email protected] ; [5] [email protected] [6]. Subject of the email as follow: “Proposal-[name of Consultant]-[name of Consultant]- FY24-0500 BCA-Assessment of carbon sequestration and storage potential for Cuc Phuong National Park and Cat Tien National Park”.
Consultant submitted document in 02 separated files: one for technical proposal and one for financial proposal.
The file for the financial proposal shall be protected by a password which shall be kept with the Consultant. If the consultant passed the technical requirement threshold, WWF-Viet Nam would then request the password to open the financial proposal file. However, if the consultant loses the password or in case the file could not be opened, WWF-Viet Nam would not assume responsibility.

Consultants can also can submit Proposals directly to WWF-Vietnam's address. The Proposal is submitted in a sealed envelope, the outside of the envelope clearly states “Proposal-[name of Consultant]-[name of Consultant]- FY24-0500 BCA-Assessment of carbon sequestration and storage potential for Cuc Phuong National Park and Cat Tien National Park”. DO NOT OPEN BEFORE THE APPLICATION EXPIRATION DATE".

The deadline for submitting proposals is 11:30 am (Hanoi Time-ICT) October 12, 2023.
Note: Consultants choose one of two methods to submit Proposals. WWF-Vietnam encourages Consultants to submit Proposals via email to minimize the use of paper-based printing products.
