The UNDP Viet Nam is seeking 04 individual National Consultants for preparation of “Vietnam POPs and Sound Harmful Chemicals Management” project including:
• National consultant for Policy framework for sound chemicals management, including POPs/PTS and Project monitoring and evaluation framework (NC1)
• National consultant for National POPs/PTS monitoring and reporting capacity (NC2)
• National consultant for Management of POPs contaminated sites (NC3)
• National consultant for National mercury baseline inventory and release reduction strategy (NC4)
The national consultants will collaborate and provide sufficient inputs to international consultant to draft and finalize the project documents including: i)a project document (prodoc) for a full size project; ii) a GEF CEO Endorsement Request (CER)/Template with completed relevant GEF tracking tool; (iii) answer to comments provided by GEF and GEF council member to be drafted using the proper template.
