“Vietnam HIV/AIDS Prevention Project” funded by the World Bank and DFID (VNHPP) is 7 - year Project in order to support the key objectives of Government of Vietnam’s National HIV/AIDS strategy. Central Project Management Unit - Ministry of Health invites eligible and qualified candidates to express their interest for 02 individual consultants to support the Project to carry out survey among Ethnic minority on “Assessment of Knowledge, attitude, behaviour and effective of prevention activities after 6 years of Project implementation. Overall objective of this task is to evaluate knowledge, attitude, behaviour and effective of prevention activities, achieving outcome indicators of intervention after 6 years of Project implementation.
Requirements:
Consultants should:
- Master's degree or higher, major in medical, epidemiology and public health is preferred;
- Having experience in health programs in ethnic minority groups;
- Having experience in community research, survey, project evaluation;
- Give priority to those who has participated in activities to evaluate and document model programs for public health in general and HIV/AIDS in particular;
- Good interpersonal skill, team-work spirit & adaptability;
- Good computer skills, particularly data processing as EPI-INFO, SPSS, STATA and PowerPoint;
- Fluent in English;
- Good health & willing to work in remote & mountainous areas.
