The World Bank pledged to fund VND100 billion ($5.6 million) to build a wastewater treatment plant in Dong Hoi City in the central province of Quang Binh. Work on the plant with a daily capacity of 10,000 cu.m will start early next year and will be completed after 24 months of construction, the Thoi bao Kinh te newspaper reported Wednesday. The wastewater after being treated will be poured into the Nhat Le River.
