Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung has approved the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) to negotiate with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for soft loans for the health human resources development project. The central bank will set up a team to work with the ADB on the issue in Hanoi this month, the SBV said on its website May 14. They include leaders of the bank’s Department of International Cooperation and representatives of the offices of the President and the Government, the ministries of Planning and Investment, Finance, Foreign Affairs, Justice and Health. The Deputy PM also assigned these ministries to complete related negotiation procedures.
