Vietnam’s Mekong Delta province of Vinh Long kicked off the construction of a wastewater treatment facility valued at VND52 billion ($2.8 million) in the Binh Minh industrial park (IP) on Jan. 17. The 2.5-hectare plant will help treat wastewater from all factories in the 132-hectare park and a 30-hectare residential area, said the management board of the IP. The project will be implemented in 12 months.
