Vietnam’s central province of Binh Dinh will invest VND23.7 billion ($1.24 million) to build 19 clean water supply works in rural areas this year. This year, the province expects to bring clean water to 85% of local rural residents, the Thanh Nien newspaper reported Feb. 26.
