Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has approved the establishment of Natural Resources and Environment University, raising the total number of universities and colleges to 380. The foundation of the university is Hanoi Natural Resources and Environment College, the Vietnamese Government said on its website Mar 22. PM Dung has asked the Ministry of Education and Training to cooperate with relevant agencies to assess the project and make a report to him. Vietnam now has 379 universities and colleges. It targets to have one university placed among the world’s top 200 by 2020.
