Incomex Saigon Group and Phuong Nam Long JSC have approved the construction of a water plant that costs VND244 billion ($13.2 million) in the Mekong Delta province of Ben Tre. The plant, which is scheduled to start building next April, will have a treatment capacity of 15,000 cubic meters of water a day, the Thanh nien newspaper reported Dec. 28. The water after being treated will meet the standards of the Ministry of Health.
