VIEGRID Communication and Technology Company and Research for Development of Mountainous Region and Ethnic Minorities (RDME) have granted scholarships worth VDN180 million to help poor students in Vietnam’s central province of Thanh Hoa. The beneficiaries mainly are ethnic minority students from the primary schools of Xuan Loc and Thuong Xuan, the Phap Luat Viet Nam newspaper reported Sept 6.
