The Vietnamese prime minister has authorized the State Bank of Vietnam, the central bank, to coordinate with ministries and government agencies to negotiate with the World Bank for “Poverty Reduction Support Credit 9 (PRSC9). The SBV’s Deputy Governor Nguyen Van Binh was assigned to head the negotiation team and legal documents for PRSC9 loan.
