Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB) donated VND100 million to the Fund for the Poor in the Ho Chi Minh City July 6. The funding was given on the occasion of the establishment of its new head office in District 1, the Phap Luat Thanh Pho Ho Chi Minh newspaper reported July 6. The municipal fund has received more than VND45 billion in aid from international and domestic donors in the first half of this year.
