The Italian Red Cross is a non-profit-making voluntary rescue organization. In times of conflict, the Italian Red Cross contributes various resources and people for the evacuation and care of the wounded with the provision of ambulances, military hospitals and first-aid centres; it sees to the exchange of correspondence and parcels and to the search for missing people. In times of peace it gives assistance to civil populations, especially those most vulnerable, integrating both action of the State and providing assistance abroad.
The Italian Red Cross has opened the Project Office in Hanoi, Vietnam to follow up projects all over Southeast Asia. They are seeking for a Secretary/Accounting Assistant.
Job description:
- Daily logistics and clerical works.
- Assist the Head of the Delegation with documentation; Maintain the overall electronic and paper-based filing system.
- Follow-up the progress of the projects
- Translate documents from English to Vietnamese and vice-versa.
- Assist with review of vouchers and preparation of partnership agreements and budgets
Job Requirements:
- 1 year experience in clerical works
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (esp. Words, Excels)
- Willing to work in the multi-cultural environment
Duration of contract: 8 months, renewable
Salary: Negotiable
