People in Vietnam’s central province of Quang Ngai’s Ly Son district have been facing a sever shortage of domestic clean water over the past times, especially those on An Binh commune. This has been the longest shortage of water for ten recent years. The water levels in wells in the province reduce to the lowest level, the Phap Luat Thanh Pho Ho Chi Minh newspaper reported June 28. Local people have to buy at VND140,000 per cubic meter of water for daily life.
