The Norwegian government has decided to fund $9.3 million to build a wastewater treatment and drainage system in Vietnam’s central province of Quang Tri, the Tien Phong newspaper reported Thursday. The local authorities and Norwegian officials met Wednesday to discuss the project, which is slated for implementation from now to 2012, the paper added.
