The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development said that two irrigation projects financed by the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank must be finished this year. The projects which are out of seven projects valued at $620 million the MARD is managing are the second phase of the Red River Irrigation Project funded by the ADB and Natural Disasters Risk Mitigation Project financed by the World Bank.
