ELIV International Volunteer Organization has joined hands with InnovGreen in Vietnam to hold voluntary activities to help boost environment protection in northern Vietnam. The agencies instructed people in Quang Ninh province’s Tien Yen district to use clean spring water, build breeding cages, install hydraulic electricity dynamos and improve locals’ awareness of environmental sanitation, the Nhan Dan newspaper reported Feb. 9. Specializing in forestation and wood processing with advanced technology and technique in Vietnam, InnovGreen has so far invested $284.2 million to grow 4,100 hectares of forest in provinces of Quang Ninh, Nghe An, Lang Son, Kon Tum and Quang Nam.
