The Xuan Organization from France has recently awarded 80 scholarships, each worth VND700,000, to poor students in Vietnam’s Central Highlands province of Kon Tum. The organization also granted 208 jackets and 18 shawls for the students in Po Ko commune in Dak To district, the Quan doi Nhan dan newspaper reported Nov 8. Total funding valued at VND78.5 million.
