Thirty eight universities and colleges from France and Germany will participate in the second exhibition on the countries’ tertiary education in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City from January 23-24. During the exhibition, the participants will introduce university education systems of the countries as well as their scholarship opportunities, the Dat Viet newspaper reported Jan. 12. The event will be held by the French Embassy in Vietnam, CampusFrance and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). Vietnam now ranks the second in Asia in terms of sending students to France. About 6,000 Vietnamese students are learning there. The country also has around 2,200 students studying in universities in Germany.
