The Mekong Delta provinces of Hau Giang and Ben Tre plan to build nearly 1,000 toilets over the next two years as part of the national program to provide proper sanitary facilities to rural schools. The total investment for these projects, at VND100 billion ($5.5 million), will be sourced from the state budget and local donations.
