Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training has announced it will provide 75 scholarships for post-graduate study in India under a technical and economic co-operation program for the 2010-2011 academic year. The Indian government will finance tuition and air tickets while the Vietnamese government will provide living expenses to students who receive the scholarships. Recipients who do not complete the program or decline to serve the country when they return home must repay their scholarship. Applicants must be Vietnamese residents aged 25-45 who have graduated from university, work for State-owned enterprises and speak fluent English.
