More than 1,200 families of ethnic minorities in Hau Giang province are expected to get government supports under Decision 74 approved by the prime minister this year. The supports are valued at VND18 billion with VND7 billion from the state budget, VND10.8 billion from the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies and the rest from the province. Of the families, 107 will get land for houses, 390 will get land for production and 718 will get job training and gain access to machines.
