Vocational Schools Must Have $1M Capital
All private vocational training schools must have a minimum charter capital of VND22.5 billion ($1.07 million) under a newly-issued circular of the Education and Training Ministry. The schools must also have a total area of at least 2ha, as well as quality teachers and managers, facilities, and a training program that meet standards issued by the ministry.
