Vietnamese in Czech Republic Assist AO Victims
The Vietnamese Community in the Czech Republic has raised VND600 million for Agent Orange/dioxin victims in the homeland. Chairman of the Vietnamese People’s Association in the Czech Republic Hoang Dinh Thang on Nov. 9 handed over these funds to the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs (SCOVA). Permanent Deputy Head of SCOVA, Tran Duc Mau thanked overseas Vietnamese in the Czech Republic for their valuable support, saying that the committee will promptly forward the funds to assist Vietnamese AO victims.
