Vietnam to Spend EUR3.85M ODA on Urban Wastewater Management

The Vietnamese government on Aug. 3 approved the all subsectors of the project “Urban Wastewater Management” Phase Fourth with total capital of EUR3.85 million ($4.2 million). The project will be carried out in three years (2015-2018) with EUR3.5 million coming from non-refundable aid from Germany and the rest comes from reciprocal funds of the state budget. The long-term target of the project is to improve sustainable economic development through cooperating in upgrading water and wastewater treatment system in Vietnam.
